This TY Beanie Baby retired bear is called COUNTDOWN and is the New Year bear for 2005. This is the misc / poem version of this bear.
This one has the 7, 6, 5 and 4 in his poem inside the tag. Classic-shaped bear has a white head and black body that has gold metallic flecks in it. Happy New Year 2005 is embroidered on his chest in gold metallic thread. He also has a white satin collar and red satin bow tie. Black eyes and nose. He is in mint condition with original mint tags.
He also comes in a clear display case with lid.
